I ordered this item on 11/6. I got a shipment notification on 11/7 that a label was created and the tracking number was sent. I’ve never received the item and it doesn’t show any shipment other than a label being created. I sent two emails to you and never got a reply. I called and got an answering machine and left a message. Someone did call me back but he said he didn’t know why it wasn’t showing any movement on the shipment but I’d probably get it in a couple of days. It’s been two weeks since the supposed shipment and I still haven’t received it.
