Customer Service is Lacking, Shipping is Extremely Slow.

I ordered the item, paying more than the list price on another website due to issues with the shipper on that site. I then found out that the shipper I had issues with was still sending me the order. I emailed customer service twice regarding the issue and received no response. It took about 10 days to receive my order, and the only update I got from the shipping company was that "a label had been created." It would be nice if someone would reach out.

Terrible experience

Items took over a week to even get shipped emailed 3x and got no reply now I received item and they are leaking Can’t get a response
